WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Why of course!!
Luxe Coach Buses and Vans will be provided to & from the hotel, Hilton Cabo Azul.
These will be provided for the Welcome Reception Yacht Party & The Wedding Day.
You will be given pick-up and drop-off times when you check in to the hotel.

We will not provide transportation to & from the airport. There are too many flights to keep up with. Please contact the hotel directly to book transportation for your flights.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER HOTEL OPTIONS?

After months of speaking to multiple hotels, we decided Hilton Cabo Azul would be the best option for our guests overall. But, you are allowed to stay where you want!! We want you to choose what's best for you.

If you want a more exclusive hotel, we recommend The Viceroy Los Cabos.
Pros: Right Next Door, Greece Look & Feel, Luxe Restaurants.
Cons: More Expensive, Transportation.

If you want a little more boutique hotel, we recommend The Drift Hotel Los Cabos.
Pros: Extremely Close To Our Venue, More Affordable Option, Local Town.
Cons: Not BeachFront, Transportation.

Transportation cannot be provided to other resorts, but you may meet us at Hilton Cabo Azul for pickup or book your own vehicle.

WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK THE HOTEL?

We would recommend booking the hotel ASAP! Rooms are first come first serve. To ensure a more cost-effective room or more luxurious room based on your preference, we would recommend booking as soon as you can! Even if you stay elsewhere, this is a very popular weekend filling up fast.

WHEN SHOULD I FLY IN?

We recommend flying in on Thursday to ensure enough time to get to all events.

If you’re a groomsmen or would like to golf with the groomsmen on Thursday, please reach out to Nic! You’ll need to arrive on Wednesday if you’d like to. :)

Of course you may come even sooner if you wish!

WHERE ARE THE WEEKEND EVENTS?

The Pool Day Friday Morning will be located at the Hilton Cabo Azul Resort.

The Welcome Reception Yacht Friday Evening will be located at the Cabo San Lucas Marina about 50 minutes away from the hotel. We will provide transportation pick up/ drop off times at the hotel.

The Wedding on Saturday will be located at the Baja Luna Venue about 12-15 minutes away from the hotel. We will provide transportation pick up/drop off times for this as well.

BUT WHAT DO I WEAR?

Please wear your favorite white cocktail outfit to our welcome reception.
Please wear formal attire to our wedding, we recommend fun colors and florals!

We can't wait to see you all dressed up!

WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTSIDE?

Yes! It will be warm during daylight hours, and there will be a slight breeze at night.

The entire night will be outside with restrooms indoors. We picked our favorite time of year to visit Mexico as it is wonderful weather.

DO I AUTOMATICALLY GET A PLUS ONE?

Sadly no. Your invitation will be addressed to the exact invitees.

We truly wish we could fit more people, but we are at max capacity at one of our venues. And, we couldn’t imagine our special day without this experience.

CAN I BRING MY KIDDOS?

Sadly no, we are at max capacity at one of our venues. We wish we could add all your little ones. This was really a hard decision to make, and they will be missed.

We recommend turning this weekend into a fun Valentine’s Day couple getaway trip!

HOW DO I RSVP? WHAT’S THE DEADLINE?

You RSVP right below this section! Make sure to list yourself and add your invited guest from the invitation if they will be attending.

Deadline for RSVP is December 13th for the hotel and both venues. If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will have to mark you as not attending to our venues!
